This was my second time at Cades Cove, and it was great. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, and nice campsites.

Great location we have been here many times. One item of note. We have experienced a severe decline in the maintenance of these facilities particularly the sanitary facilities. Most are a disgrace, more in keeping with what we experienced in poor 3rd world countries but truly unacceptable in America! Something is very wrong with our current political personnel when we can give billions of dollars to countries like Iran, which hate us, but cannot keep sanitary facilities clean and stocked with necessary items like toilet paper. We need a better focus on spend the taxpayer's money on things which serve the people here in the US.

Nice quiet campground. Great location for exploring the Cades Cove loop. Saw black bears on the loop and along the Rich Mountain road.

Loved the concrete pads. Was the PERFECT spot for our RV. We loved getting to drive the loop. And it was SO quiet and peaceful at night. Would definitely book again!

The reason to stay at this campground is absolutely the location. Biking the loop on car free day is really the only reason we would stay here again. We spent a week there last summer and again this summer. 2022 was an okay experience at the campground with the main issue being the dirty bathrooms. And we camp a lot so I understand a certain level of uncleanliness but while being there for a full week the smell only got worse over that time and never seemed to get cleaned. 2023 we had a similar experience but things seemed to go downhill at the campground since the last time we were there. The bathrooms still smelled strongly of urine and there was no soap to be found. Not one of the bathrooms had soap for the whole week we were there. Another big issue was the fresh water station. There were supposed to be three fresh water hoses but one was missing, one was knocked over, and the final one leaked so bad youd get a shower trying to fill your tank. Also, there was garbage everywhere. My son and husband spent quite awhile cleaning up our campsite and others around as well. Next year we are going to stay at a different campground in the park for our annual Smoky mountains trip.

Staff (Dawn, Kennedy, Shawna, Martha Ann) was very congenial and helpful. Camping space was great. No complaints.
