One of the nicest National Park (or otherwise) campgrounds we've ever visited! The sites were beautiful and the facilities were clean and well taken care of. It was close enough to everything we were interested in doing in the Smokies. We had a great trip!

Loved the location. Wish there was more of a published schedule of when the rangers station was open/closed.

We loved this campground and plan to come back. While the spaces are close together, we were fortunate that no one stayed immediately next to us the four days we were there. We really enjoyed easy access to the camp store for sodas, ice cream, firewood, ice, gifts, etc. The best part was having our bikes and biking the 11-mile loop during no-car Wednesday. I don't know why they took the soap dispensers off the bathroom walls. Fortunately we had read other reviews about this, and were prepared with wet wipes at our campsite to clean our hands after the bathroom. We saw lots of bears! Next time we will bring an air horn, like many campers had, to scare off the bears. It was a wonderful trip and seeing a mama bear and her three cubs right next to our site was a big highlight! Aside from no soap in the bathroom, also be aware that the campground store closes before its posted hours. We arrived at 6:45 p.m. for ice cream, and were told they were shutting down and we needed to get in line before we could even secure our bikes. I watched multiple campers walk up at 6:55 p.m. to find the doors already locked.

Very nice campground. we loved being close to the Cades Cove Loop. The fireflies were lovely at night. I wish the bathrooms at the Store area would stay open longer. Also, our cooler with drinks only in it got taken by Rangers. It wouldve been nice if they detailed that in the guidelines.

Cade's Cove is a beautiful and definitely worth visiting. Park staff is helpful and friendly. The campground is very similar to other national parks. It is very crowded, little to no space or privacy between sites which is not unexpected. The reason I left a 2 star review is because there was NO SOAP in any of camp bathrooms. Evidently the dispensers had been ripped off the wall. Hundreds of people coming in and out and no one washing their hands is really gross. Please provide soap in the bathrooms.

The other visitors are always so nice, the staff is awesome and the experience is amazing!!! So much wildlife to see!
Camping at Cades Cove in the Great Smoky Mountains was an amazing experience! Tons of wildlife, trails and nature. Go horseback riding to add to the fun.
We booked spot C44 it was fantastic! The campground is well maintained, all facilities are easily accessible, and you’re beautifully surrounded by the mountains. Also, the biggest plus in our opinion, is you can easily go play/explore/hike in the loop with ease. Will be back!

The campground was very nice and quiet. It was the off season so I never saw any rangers and there was not a place for us to check in/out.

They were closed due to the weather the night we booked. Never informed us and it’s impossible to get through to anyone about a refund.
