The park system recently installed new pads to park camper etc on. Very nice and level. We have had problems running our fridge because of an unlevel site.

What a wonderful campground, although it had no electric or water services it was a great experience. The loop road was incredibly fun to traverse.

We stayed in C35 non-generator area. Small but adequate camp sites were clean and ideally situated for hiking. Convenient bear proof trash containers. The mens toilet facility was clean but the ladies side could use more attention. We would certainly stay again.

We had such a great experience! This place is awesome and the park is stunning. The campsites are pretty close together but it wasn’t a huge concern. It was nice being so close to the loop road because it’s so busy we could be there really early. Bring bikes for the loop road or just to drive around the camp ground. So much fun!

There were campers who needed lessons on campground etiquette. One does not simply walk through the middle of occupied campsites on the way to the bath house! There should be limits on the length of time dogs are allowed to bark (in fact, I think one particular dog owner was a free-loader as he simply had a van and moved over one site when the reserved camper arrived!) we noticed that much-needed site improvement was under way. Alas, our site had not yet been done! Having gotten that bit out of the way, we had a glorious time with multiple bike rides around the Cove. The noon checkout time allowed us a turn around the Cove on our bikes the day we left!

Had a great time at Cades Cove. We hiked a 15 mile loop up to Rocky Top and had a blast! The heated bathrooms were a nice reprieve from the chilly weather, but a note to all: please don't wash your dishes in the bathroom sink! The woman's bathroom luckily had 2 sinks, but by the 2nd night of our stay one was completely clogged with food. It was gross. We left the next morning so I can't comment on how quickly it was taken care of, but I encourage those tent camping to bring enough water to wash your dishes outside of the bathroom. :)
