Beautiful, clean, bathrooms were spotless. However... e bought our wood at the camp ground and it was difficult to catch fire and frequently the fire would sizzle out. Camp sites were very close. Some very small sites which is challenging if your tent camping. Our fire pit was in a terrible spot directly next to the next sites RV parking spot and under an umbrella of pine trees. Camp host was friendly.

Smokemont was by far one of our favorite campgrounds to stay in while visiting the Smokies! It was close to town as well as close to fishing areas etc. The restrooms were always nice and clean.

We travel with a 32 foot trailer + our tow vehicle we are 56 foot in length. the old style crescent pull through sites in the main part of the park really do not accommodate travel trailer unless a 5th wheel may be ok due to ability to turn better. The bath facilities were excellent, clean and well located. people were very friendly including rangers and camp hosts. Creek running through was very pretty and the sound from it very soothing. If we were to go back we would only book in the dedicated RV section of the campground to have more room to manuever around and privacy at our site. We stayed in early June and it was very wet, and muggy.
