Nice rustic campsites. Would be nice to have updated restrooms. With counters or shelves to put toiletries on.

Nice campground and the smokies are amazing, but there were a few things that were unpleasant: 1. The sites are very close together 2. The bathrooms have NO HANDSOAP3. For $30/night, a shower would be nice

Had a great time camping at Smokemont, while visiting the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

The Smokey Mountain NP and its campgrounds are overcrowded. Lots of generator noise at the campgrounds. Traffic in the park is insane. Too many visitors are allowed in the park. Number of visitors should be limited. Go somewhere else in North Carolina or Tennessee. The are many National Forest campgrounds that offer much better experiences.

Not having electricity sucks. The bathrooms were freezing and I didn't like not having a shower. We left a day early to find a better campground. I usually love the National and State Campground but would not go back to Smokemont.

Tight campground consistent with National Parks that are unfortunately underfunded and need help financially from donations, so donate .
