Nice and well located campground in a National Park. It was quiet from 10 pm to 6 am. Close to lots of hiking trails from easy to difficult levels. Three waterfalls within a mile. A variety of restaurants within 3 miles if you don't want to cook at the campsite. Cherokee, NC is just 15 minutes away. View elk early morning near Smokies' entrance early morning just 15 minutes away.

I camp here yearly, always beautiful. Rangers are friendly, campground is kept, bathrooms clean and just a beautiful family campground. There are trails, Bryson City nearby and don't forget TUBING THE CREEK!!! NOA is just a short drive. Don't miss out on a great family vacation spot!

We first drove up just to have them want to sort threw the back of the truck after a 6hr drive. Just to make sure we did not bring in wood. They where really disrespectful. I go camping every year. Then when we went to the campsite they wanted to watch us. So we will never go back to a place like that again. I suggest if you are looking for a nice family place do not go there.

Mobile Data Speed Map
#123
If there are speed tests submitted for a campground the campsite icons will be colored based on the average download speed and the border will be colored based on the average upload speed.
In this example Campsite #123 has very good download speeds and decent upload speeds. If a campsite has a solid yellow color it means there was no data speed detected in the test(s). Clicking on a campsite icon reveals more details.
