Great place to stay, nice and cool and well kept facilities. Friendly hosts and staff that really do a good job of keeping the grounds mowed and clean. Good hiking from campground, especially Flat Creek Trail. Camp sites are good but some a bit close . During the week is the best time when it is nice and quiet.

Awesome campground with great camp hosts and ground maintenance people. They really take pride in keeping the bathrooms clean and the grounds tidy and well mowed. Temperatures in late July nice and cool weather was sunny with occasional showers. The view from the picnic ground and Flat Creek trailhead spectacular.

The campground was beautiful but the sites were incredibly close to each other. So close, that you could hear snoring from all over the campground. Add to that the guy in a tent 20ft away talking on speakerphone from 10pm-1:30am and it made for an incredibly frustrating experience. We left 3 days early and wont be back. Sites are just way too close together.

Sadly our weekend was ruined by noisy campers who talked and drank until the wee hours of the morning, complained to camp host after 1st but nothing happened to quiet then the second night. I tried politely asking the noisy campers to be quieter, but they said no, we're having too much fun.Campsites are way too close to one another.

We loved this little campground. The spaces are a little close together compared to other campgrounds in the park, but that just helped us make more friends with other people around the area. You see a lot of Elk on this side of the mountain. We had heard that a day or two before we came, a bear had came up while people were cooking, but we never saw any while we were there. Also, we weren't expecting it, but we had Verizon cell service on the top of the mountain.

Small but well-maintained campsites with plenty of understory growth to provide some privacy. A great place to camp to get away from crowds and commercial activities. A beautiful part of the park.

Staff were excellent. Campgrounds were fantastic. Bathrooms super clean. How do they do it? I will visit again!
