Beautiful location! Bathrooms were clean, lit and always had toilet paper and soap. Sites had ample space between them, all campers were respectful and considerate. Easy walk to the dunes!

I didnt expect washrooms to be that neat. It was really nice to have clean washrooms. Very well maintained national park.

Loved the dunes but the bugs were intolerable. Cancelled 2nd night.

Nice campground but most sites were apparently laid out before the invention of the level. Choose your site carefully if you need it to be level.

This is a great campground with easy access to the dunes. 50 is a great spot with width for two vehicles easy. We had an 18’ trailer which was challenging to back in with low hanging trees and a slight Jack knife turn in the one way loop. Just something to keep in mind.

Campground was easy to find and in a great location relative to the sand dunes. Bathrooms were super clean and well kept. The camping spots are really tight for rvs. The one lane road does not give you much space to navigate in/out with a camper. Our neighbor got parked in by a gigantic 5th wheel across the street. There was no way/space for him to pull in front of his camper to get it out.

Super great stay! Just know that the nearest trash area is about a 5 minute drive, so if you bring pets bring a trashbag for the little bags!

Will return. Arrived last days of Oct camping on top of truck in the open under the stars. Chilly as expected but appreciative. Nice campfround

Very helpful and courteous staff. The park could use some level sites but this is not likely to happen any time soon. A lovely park, tho.

We had a great time at Great sand du es NP, the campground was perfect, spacious sites, quiet, close to the dunes and many trails.

The campground was clean and near the sand dunes. My campsite is tight to backup camper into. The campsite has water spigot nearby, but no light after dark. We are in information age now that electric outlets for charging essential items like phones, camera batteries and computer will be great in the future.

The campsite was clean, the campground was relatively quiet, and we even had fun during the afternoon thunderstorm. Next time we are going to rent the sandboards. It was a wonderful trip!
