Very nice facility, however, the sites are packed in tight, so it gets loud with children and other campers. There is zero quiet hour enforcement, so we were kept up past midnight daily by inconsiderate campers. Bring earplugs! The most expensive tent campsite I've ever stayed at, but that's Jackson for ya!

Showers were too expensive - $5 on top of a $55 campsite fee is crazy. Bathrooms lacked hand towel or dryers. Basically primitive camping with flush toilets but at luxury prices

We had to keep our vehicle on the road and the tent pad was small.

The site was fine - easy to find, a good size, and parking was more than adequate for my small SUV. The sites are very close together and I could see and hear all of my neighbors. That said, no one was up very early and campers were mostly respectful of their close neighbors. The housekeeping staff were monitoring the bathrooms consistently and this campground even provides a bucket at the water spigot to ensure you fire is out. The mosquitoes were out in full force. Even with repellent, burning sage, and burning citronella candles, I left with about 50 mosquito bites. No exaggeration. The Jenny Lake area was very crowded so one day we decided to head to the Colter Bay area. Much less crowded with beautiful trails around lakes.

The campsite is crowded (to be expected). But if you sneak down to the lake most people don't venture down there and the views of the Tetons are amazing and private. I didn't get much sleep as a man was shouting curse words at 1am. Enforcing quiet hours would be appreciated. The shower facilities are adequate and great for when you hiked 12 miles. I didn't use the laundry but it looked like many others were. Overall you can't beat the location so the few issues were worth it overall.
