Site was okay, but the campground was great. Nearby to the Jenny Lake store and visitor center, so you can easily get snacks (very important breakfast sandwiches and cinnamon buns ;]) and wood. Quite a walk to the bathroom, which wasn't great in terms of cleanliness but wasn't too bad either. Site was very open to 2-3 neighbors, but we didn't find that to be too much of an issue. Bear box is great (opens and closes well, clean inside).

We stayed in Campsite 21. It had good shade and wasnt terribly buggy. The showers were very clean (for a campground) and welcome after backpacking. The sites are very close together and there is not much privacy between them.

The sites at Jenny Lake are clean and simple, but you can’t beat the proximity to the Jenny Lake trails. Would definitely stay here again over Gros Ventre

Joe the host is the highlight as you enter stay. Campground is historic and was fantastic.

Our favorite campsite throughout our whole trip!! Joe was there at check in along with another lady, I can't remember her name though, they were so kind and helpful!!! the nicest workers we met during our whole trip. Loved that we were close to lake and could hike down to it. over all great place to camp and will be back!

Great tent site. Plan on doing laundry/ showering BEFORE cars are parked for miles around Jenny Lake Visitors Center. Bears are close by so be carefull with your food/good-smellin stuff.
