The site was very nice, the hosts were awesome! Close to the docks if you want to catch the boat across, shower facilities were clean ($5/shower), campers all pleasant and considerate of quiet hours. Heard elk bugling, just had to scurry a stupid mouse that somehow got in my beatbox (Im sure it snuck in while loading in the dark, I just didnt see it :/)

Jenny Lake Campground was awesome! it was quiet, well maintained, and mostly level for tents. Plenty of options for a hammock setup as well. Bathrooms were very well kept. I did not use the shower. Short walk to the lake via well cleared paths or any of the matrix of paths forged by the millions of people who have walked them before. No Noisy RV's Near by. My only complaint is that our site was the "host" for the water spicket and Man do people make a racket with the bucket at midnight getting water to put out the campfire.

I cannot say enough good things about this campground!! It was small, quiet, and had near by bathrooms. Walking distance to the visitor center (which is great because parking was crazy) and also walking distance to Jenny Lake where we went for a swim and hung out as the sun set!

Campground was terrific. Very clean and well kept and my fellow campers were quiet and considerate. My campsite (#12) was shaded which made for a cool camping experience in late September. It would be amazing in the summertime heat though. The campground hosts were great! Very welcoming and experienced. They need some days off though. I believe they were working 7 days/week due to staffing issues. They are too nice to make them work that hard.
Hiking opportunities around Jenny lake are great. I saw a bull moose at Moose ponds. Hoped to see the beavers at work there too, but no such luck.
The hike to Taggart lake is great too. I hiked the popular hikes as I was hiking alone.

The park was soooo busy, but being able to go back to the campground to the peace and quite was incredible.

The campground hosts were so accommodating and helpful. The weather was miserable while I was there. Rain/sleet and cold the entire time. The hosts let me stay in a higher/dryer campsite instead of the low muddy one I had reserved. They also gave me numerous tips that helped make my stay as pleasant as possible under the conditions. I cannot say "Thank You" enough.
