No shower at the camp site restrooms and they are old. It rained the day we were there so not a great time.

Colter Bay is the best camp ground. The sites are pretty flat, the bathrooms stay very clean, the ranger programs offered are a wonderful addition, and you cant beat the location. Being in the Tetons on Jackson Lake is breath-taking.

I want to say the campground is beautiful and we loved the location within the park, but there were a few negatives. Previous reviews for this specific site stated the sewer hookup was too low, but we thought we'd try it anyways. We were able to connect, but still couldn't get the camper positioned high enough to flush it out, so be aware of this. Its just too low. When we left the campground we had to stop thru another site to unload our tank. Secondly, there are no showers with the purchase of a site. We had 5 people staying in our camper so our hot water ran out quickly. We could pay an additional $5 to get one a the entrance of the campground. This is the first campground we've been to like this. Lastly, there is NO cell service here. This campground comes with a high price without the typical amenities. I'm assuming we paid that price for the views and location instead.

We could not use the sewer due to being too high. Had to move sites to dump. Should not be paying full price when you cannot use the full site.

We stayed in #456. We can see why that RV row (3 RV spots) were easily available. The sewer connections are simply too high compared to the height of our trailer sewer outlet. We managed (ugh) to massage our sewer tubing to complete a disconnect without spilling a drop, but what a hassle. Over time, the parking space must have experienced soil erosion which resulted in the approx. 10" elevation difference (ground sewer connection and trailer sewer exit port). Otherwise that parking site was very lovely. Good spacing between RVs.The check-in staff were excellent. The bathrooms generally clean and functional. The showers excellent, but only available by staff hours at the shower facility at 8-10am and 4-6pm hours. Not exactly perfect availability.

Campground was old and in disrepair. The site was 8 inches off level. This Campground over charges for sites.

The campground is really nice. Lots of tree cover, so it might be difficult for Starlink and other satellite connections. But, our Verizon hotspot worked as a good backup.

Great park, nice sites with plenty of room. We had an issue with our electric hook up and they were quick to fix and accommodate us and even credited us for the night. Can't wait to go back!

We camped here at the beginning of the season early May so it was still very cold at night and the water pipe froze overnight. It was fine in the morning, however, and the RV campground the only one open at this time was quite beautiful. It sits in a pine grove and is easily accessible for all kinds of RVs. Water and electrical hookups were easy and there was a picnic table on site. Restrooms were just a short walk away. There are no showers in the restrooms and theyre a bit in need of an upgrade but are functional. There was no WiFi but cell towers were near enough to access the internet. Grand Teton National Park offers some of the most astounding scenery in this country and great views are only a short walk or drive away in the Colter Bay area. There is a visitors center there and others down the road. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We saw no wildlife in the campground but they are there occasionally, we were told. There were plenty on the drive through the park Grizzly, elk, bison, moose, you name it. A wonderful place!
