We had a great experience at Colter Bay. The hook-ups worked fine and our site was level. The bathrooms were warm and clean. We were close to the lake and several trails. There are a lot of trees - which is nice, but partially blocked the Starlink signal. We were there late in the season and most of the visitor services were already closed - which made for a slower paced visit. The campground was full, but we had a great experience and would happily stay at Colter Bay again.Colter Bay is expensive, as are most in-park campgrounds with hook-ups. Our senior pass provides for 1/2 off; however, beware that Colter Bay separates its fee into a campground fee and an electricity charge and the senior discount only applies to the campground fee. The electricity charge is pretty close to the campground fee - so with the discount - the total fee is pretty close to $100 per night.

The ambiance is beautiful. At pizza at the dining hall while we did laundry. No bear sightings, but beautiful. Make sure to have propane turned on after filling. Highly recommended. We had great customer service upon arrival.

Beautiful area. Just a few minutes to walk from the campground to Jackson Lake and the amazing views of the mountains. 100 percent recommend this place.

The campground was one of the best we have been to. A special shout out to our favorite campground attendant. John. Great area to explain and hike. The views are breathtaking. Thanks for a fabulous two weeks. Mel & Jeanie Lowden

Amenities and location were great, but the campground was very rough between pads. No landscaping. No trees.

We were there early in the season, but still very nice and all employees very helpful.

We went at the beginning of May and encountered light snow, so we were mostly inside our camper. The RV park was quite this time of year. The sites were decent sized and flat. We'll have to visit again when the weather is warmer.
