Bwautiful location with direct access to the Lakeshore Trail on Jackson Lake. Very friendly and helpful at entry, laundry and showers. Quick access to all Grand Teton has to offer-we chose to hike the Jenny Lake Trail and had a beautiful day and a terrific 7 mile hike-just spectacular. I also got a good chunk of bike riding in-but the shoulder is not the best-passable with light traffic.

Enjoyed the camping sites and the lake. Would have liked WIFI available at the sites. Also need to figure out how not to have campers move between sites.

Colter Bay is a nice site primarily because it's in Colter Bay. Having the ability to walk down to the beach and shoot the sunrise was pretty nice. It's a relatively long walk to the bathroom which is small with wait times. You have to drive to the showers which cost $5. We went to Signal Mountain, skipping the crowds at Colter, and could park out front. If you plan on going to Jenny Lake, get there before 8am as it is quickly a madhouse with long walks. Otherwise, it's the Tetons and if you can't find something to see or do I feel sad for you. We had a great stay overall, but you have to adapt to the circumstances.

Very nice RV sites but the check in process could improve

Very nice campsite. Make sure you have a lot of leveling blocks the sites are kind of un-level but really nice.

The RV Park was clean with mostly level sites and full hook ups. Most sites will handle a 40' rig with a toad easily. However, the best thing was its close proximity to Jackson Lake, the visitor center, the marina, the store, and the restaurant. Everything we needed was easily walkable including all the ranger programs. The only thing missing was Wi-Fi which most of us need even on vacation these days to keep up with things at home.

I had been visiting Colter Bay Village since I was a teenager. It is my favorite place to vacation. Love the RV campsite. Friendly people as always. Great paddle boarding. Unfortunately the Swan Lake hike was closed and Heron Pond was nearly empty, but the hike to the pond was beautiful.
