We were unable to get to this campground due to weather, we tried to call to let them know but there was no signal where we were stuck. I call the day we were to arrive once I had a signal and left a message as no one answered. I went on line and did the live messaging but this person was unable to help me because she said you cannot cancel after you have checked in. I explained that we were no where near the campground which was why we were cancelling. I was told that I had to call the park, but no one answered there. I had asked for the name of the person that was documented as the person who checked us in but was not provided with it. I got a call back 2 days later. I explained that I understood that I would probably not receive any of my funds back but that they should be made aware of what transpired. The gentleman told me it did not matter because there was no refund. I told him it does matter as it appears you have dishonest people working at your site. He kept telling me it did not matter and we went around on this about 4 times. Finally I said to him that there are many places that will offer a discount if you pay cash and that it appears that might be what happened with our reservation as someone was checked in under our name and we had already paid for the site. Dishonest is dishonest and I guess some people do not see that as a problem. I DO!!! Why would I stay some where that is OK with employees like that, kind of what is wrong with the world today.

I would tell people that some of the RV sites are not the most level. I had to go to Jackson hole to buy some chocks for the RV to help level the RV other than that we love the location and the place staff was extremely friendly. Good location

Our first trip to the Tetons was absolutely amazing. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed Jackson lodge very much.

Very nice campground . Our site was longer than we needed, which was nice. Spaces where a nice distance apart. Lots of trees plenty of shade. We stayed here is a 35 ft. fifth wheel. Saw some other RV's bigger than ours. A fuel station and general store within 5 minutes of the campground. Full hook ups. All worked fine. Did not use the bathrooms so I can't comment on them. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

Ideally for an RV park it would be nice to have WiFi but otherwise great park. Sites are spaced good and nice shaded sites.
