The campground was clean and quiet. There were plenty of rest rooms close to every camp site and the dump stations were convenient and clean as well.. The staff were friendly and helpful. The village with groceries, gas, dining, visitor center, laundry and showers made everything easy to find and use. The deli in the grocery store was excellent.

We were provided a camp site that was flooded for most of the site. The park should know that site 193 J would be flooded in heavy rain fall.

The campground is beautiful with a lot of extras such as the beach, restaurants, camp store and gift shop. The actual sites are level and well maintained. Shower house and bathrooms were clean. Do yourself a favor and go down to the beach at sunset. One of the most beautiful places to see the Tetons IMO. My only grip was with the specific site. The road around the loop is one way but there is no way to back a rig in at the angle they have the site. I have a 22 trailer and couldnt make the jack knife cut.at least not with another camper across the street. I had to go and turn around and back in going the wrong way on the 1-way road.

Colter Bay is always our #1 choice for camping in the Tetons. The sites are clean and well-spaced. The bathrooms are fairly close to all sites and are cleaned regularly. We usually stay at least 3-4 days in the Tetons and try to spend a half a day at the Jackson Lake lodge pool. Not only can we cool off and relax, but we can also shower too.

Clean and beautiful place! The bathrooms were clean and perfect for a quiet get away. A small area to paddle water sport. Tricky road to get up there with a trailer but doable. I would go back.

The campground was fine. Our frustration was with Recreation.gov. We were told the campground was full and ended up moving sites thee times in four nights, when in reality there were numerous sites open, including the ones we had to vacate because they were supposedly reserved. Also, unlike other campgrounds the reservations here assume when you entet the length it is for both your vehicle and to car.

We stayed in two different sites during our visit. Both were great! Check-in staff was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Only downside was that the mixed loops had more trailer/RV compared to tent campers. Still, the sites are spacious enough and everyone around us at least was very quiet!
