Absolutely loved this campsite. There was a LakeShore Trail which led you direct to Jackson Lake with wonderful views of the Teton Range. Was great for a morning coffee and afternoon paddle boarding. The campground was very well taken care of and staff were wonderfully friendly. Campsites had ample space to stretch out and get comfortable with plenty of shade at any time of the day. What I appreciated most about the campsite was how quiet it was at all times of day and night. I would absolutely love to stay here again when in the area. Something to note, while they do allow pets, dogs are not permitted on trails in the Park, nor are they permitted on trails in the forest. Nearest trails for doggos was in Jackson, which is about an hour away.

Better description of the amenities with each site would have been appreciated. we never knew each bathroom, light all night, had potable water available 24/7. bear proof lockers were an excellent idea. table and fire rings were very good. had a great trip and this campsite made it all possible! be careful with small children and animals as a bear walked down our road mid-morning one day.

With the water being pretty much gone at Lizard Creek it was nice to have a beach to walk at Colter Bay. The sites were pretty spacious and the only thing I could complain about were the many RVs next to our tent. But if you have an RV there were many pull thru sites. Bathrooms were clean and site was pretty peaceful. Although I would have to say Lizard Creek was more quiet other than hearing the elk bugles during the night.

We really like this campground. Close to store and showers. Close to trails. Only thing we didn't like was generator noise. A few campers forgot to stop generators at 10:00 PM. We'll stay here again in the future.

We loved the campground! Care takers were very friendly and we loved the close proximity to amenities and the lake. Saw a fox walking through the campground. Would stay here again.
