Great place, loved it! Bathrooms are near by, waste container right there and water access. Overall it was a great experience.

Great site although it sloped heavily. The camp site was beautiful and quiet. The laundry was disappointing as more than half the machines were out of order.

Great wooded campground, close to a lot of hiking. One trail goes between the campground and the rim. Excellent sunset views!

Beautiful, quiet, comfortable (mostly) and a great stay.
Clearly, the Grand Canyon is beautiful and every hike and drive we took, we were surrounded by the beauty; the campground was quiet and restful; (mostly) comfortable due to the water main break and no showers, but we took showers in Mesa Verde a couple of days later; Overall, a great stay, and the clan asked for one more day, but alas, other capers had our spot...

We only spent a short time at the campground, used it as staging for a rim-to-rim hike. Arrived after dark, and left by 7am the next day. Had reserved two nights for our companion hikers who hiked south to north. They decided not to camp the second night.

Great campsite. Restrooms super clean. Best fire rings I have ever seen (got to get me one). Couldn't be happier with the camping experience.

No excuse for the shower facility being closed!

Lots of space, good mix of shade/sun, good proximity to water and restrooms. Only downside of site 26 is that dumpster was less than 50 ft away… meaning flies! Same problem likely for half dozen other sites. Would be nice if dumpsters were more isolated and out of sight, even if it meant a long walk to reach.

The North Rim camping site is in high demand, but well worth the effort to reserve. The tall trees were beautiful and offered wonderful cool shade. The canyon rim is just a few steps away. The restrooms were clean and in good repair. The camping store is well supplied. The camp ranger was helpful and pleasant. The North Rim is a quiet spot far off the beaten path ideal for those who wish to commune with nature and enjoy the grandeur of the canyon with less trappings of crazy commercialism.

What can I say? It was the north rim of the grand canyon! Epic trip. Campground was great and had good cover for primitive camping. Some sites are small for big tents but just do your research first. Otherwise the facilities were good and the views were epic

We always have a great time when we are at the North Rim Grand Canyon. This trip was much different. Janet , the very wonderful lady at the check in office made our trip so much better by accommodating us with a great camping location. She was very professional and very good at what she does. Give that nice woman a raise and lots of overtime. Thank you again Janet, you made our trip memorable.

Campground was exceptional. We dont like close knit camping campgrounds. This one has good spacing between campsites. We go lucky at numbers 26 and 27 as having a lot of space between campsites and near the restrooms and garbage bin. Also close to the canyon rim. The staff was helpful and friendly. So grateful to be able to camp right on the rim of the grand canyon in a comfortable campground.
