Site 15 has a slight grade but can get level. This site also is at the trail head so there are a lot of people passing by and cutting through your site. Pick site 14 or 16 for more privacy. Campground is very quiet and its the North Rim :). Hopefully the Dragon Bravo fire doesnt destroy this area. We left the morning of the evacuation order in the afternoon on 7/11.

This was my favorite Campground of all of the campgrounds in the Grand Canyon National park. It was beautiful, very quiet, peaceful not crowded at all just enough amenities, large trees for lots of shade and a constant Breeze coming from the canyon.

Site #15 was great with a nice view and an amazing sunset from camp! Right next to the Transept Trail which made for a fun and easy to walk up to the lodge from camp--love sitting in the chairs outside the lodge overlooking the canyon. The campground is also a short walk to the North Kaibab trail. Camp host was very nice and helpful. Very clean campground. Nice hot showers.

Great campground. From our place we had a view (throu the trees) on the grand canyon. Also perfect for hiking. We hiked to the Widforss Point in the morning, wich was absolute great. In 20 minutes you can also reach all the look outs, including Bright Angel Point.

Amazing. Private. Gorgeous views. Walked 1.5 mile to North Rim Lodge for early morning coffee and breakfast burrito (from the saloon, not the restaurant) and sat on the Adirondack chairs for breathtaking sunrise/morning views. Not crowded. Best spot is #15!

Site 15 has the best views and just steps away from the Transept trail with spectacular views. Beautiful hike along the rim with amazing views throughout. It is one of the few sites with cell signal. I had about 2 bars of Verizon for most of my visit.Site 15 is right next to the trail so dont expect privacy or quiet. People walked right through my campsite.Showers were not working, which was inconvenient.

We camped in a travel trailer at site 15. It was a beautiful site and we hiked the Transept Trail from the site to the lodge, the North Kaibab trail as well as the Bright Angel Point trail by the lodge. We drove the 23 mile scenic drive to all the overlooks and it did not disappoint. This drive has awesome scenes and best views of Colorodo River.

Showers were not open and yet you continue to charge the same fees. Campsites are in need of much updating and repair. Sites are not even close to level and they are too close together. There was only 1 person working the gate to enter and there were long delays. You should have an express lane for campers with reservations.

My husband and I had reserved campsite 15 for five nights which has a view down into the canyon. Beautiful! The campsite was spacious and clean. The bathrooms were clean as well. We ate in the lodge every night. We reserved our table about six months in advance just after we reserved our campsite. The food and service were fine, and the views were spectacular.

if you are camping with your friends or family and facing Grand Canyon, what can be better than this? loved the prime site offering a fantastic view of the canyon even though trees are blocking a bit. very clean restrooms, but the shower was not operating. definitely want to go there again if I can get the spot which is extremely difficult.

Stayed at site 15, right next to transept trail and overlooking the north rim. Excellent location and great view.

well-maintained sites in a stunning location. The nearby Widforss Trail started as a walk through the forest, and soon provided views of the canyons.
