Very quite and relaxed. There was laundry and showers shortly offsite and a great general store with all necessities and some nonessentials. The Rangers and staff were very helpful and friendly. I will be returning as regularly as possible.

Nice location, easily accessible restrooms and you can ditectly join transept trail in between

Great views! Camp store was well stocked and well run, especially considering that the park was scaling back operations after mid-October. Ranger was friendly and knowledgeable. Only fault is that traffic flow on the outside loop makes several sites where RV doors open on the opposite side of the pad from the picnic table and fire ring.

Spot 19. Great next to rim spots. Big spot. Clean. Loved the campground and the bathrooms were super clean.

Was a great spot for staying in the campground.

Way less crowded and more quiet than Mather

I’d recommend staying here.

Nice Clean campground and camp host. Met forest service, water manager Jim, great guy. The canyon was beautiful and couldn’t ask for better weather .

This is quite a secluded campground and well worth the effort to get there. The view is beautiful though not as panoramic as the South Rim. We wish they had dedicated biking paths. Campsites feel a bit crowded together. No Showers are available though they are indicated on the campground map. Many sites are challenging to maneuver to get larger trailers over 25 ft into and the dump station is very cramped. There's no turn around at the very antiquated dump station You have to go clear back through the campground to get out after you dump which must be very annoying for those who hoped for a quiet campsite. It is a beautiful spot to visit.

Great location. Campground & restrooms clean. Staff were friendly & accommodating. Met interesting people from different parts of the US.
Would recommend to family & friends who enjoy camping!
