I had forgotten what a wonderful campground this one is. The sites are spacious with room in between. It is mostly quiet and the general store is an easy walk

The campground was clean, spacious, quiet, with nice balance of shade and sunshine. The bathrooms were clean and maintained well. The potable water was nearby for each campsite. The Transept Trail that led to the Lodge was beautiful, a great view of the canyon and just steps away from the campground. So relaxing!

Wonderful time camping at the North Rim. Campsite clean and cozy. Bathrooms were very clean. Loved it.

Much more peaceful and fewer people than the South Rim. Stayed in the campground and it was very quiet at night.

Very clean, quiet, 75% shaded, beautiful views of canyon within short walking distance. Excellent spring water piped in from nearby Roaring Springs. Many trails - long and short. Must take the drive around to Point Imperial and Cape Royal stopping at vistas and walking short trails.

It was almost impossible to get a camp site in the fall. My husband I wanted to go earlier but could only get camp site in late October. It was beautiful with fall colors and we enjoyed it immensely. There were plenty of empty campsites around us, however, and it made me wonder if we might have been able to come another time when they said that the campsites were full. They were far from full.
