Overall, it was good but it could be better. We were in T12 and the Picnic Table was not level and needs to be level to cook. The water and bathrooms did not work. The parks are charging more and these amenities should be functional for the price charged. The Grand Canyon is so beautiful and I would visit or stay again.

The spot is perfect, quiet with a table and a fireplace. You have a path just nearby and nice view of the Grand Canyon.

I visited in early June and was a perfect setting for weekend get away. Very quiet, peaceful campground with full amenities. I stayed in T12 loop and had plenty of privacy and beautiful view of the canyons in background. Campsite was adjacent to hiking trail with beautiful views of the canyon. Will definitely visit again.

Appreciated that the tent only camping was separate from RV camping. Tent pads are nice and comfy, plenty of space in between sites.

The campground, staff, and general store are absolutely phenomenal, even in the time of COVID. I don't recommend the lodge down the street. It had a completely different feel, and I was barraged with completely unrelated political propaganda from a staff member, when ALL I wanted to do was buy a soda from the deli, but this campground is unaffiliated, and just the best.

Other than it being a very cold and very windy night in October, my stay at the North Rim Campground was excellent. I stayed in the tent-only area, and simply gorgeous views of the canyon were visible only a few steps away. It was very quiet and bathrooms were close. The camp store is wonderful! Overall, it was definitely one of the highlights of my national parks camping trip.

This site was PERFECT and the highlight of our trip! It is a large, well laid out site with massive, shady pine trees. We brought three hammocks--one for each of my wife and I, and a large one for our three kids to share. We found great spots to hang them and the climate in July was gorgeous to come back after a long hard hike and laze in the hammock swaying in a gentle breeze. The site is well laid out and at the end of the reservable sites. It was open but still felt plenty private. It was site T-12. The site had a large tent pad that was level and flat. The fire pit was about twenty feet from the pad and another twenty feet from the picnic table. Viewing the stars from the tent was amazing--we slept with no rain fly one of the nights! The campground is massive, and there is a large range station and supply store within the campground. There are also cabins, and a hotel with a restaurant that was expensive, but not that great. It was okay, but coming from NYC, I was not impressed--incredible views though! There were lots of trails with convenient access from the campground as well, and easy access to amazing views, nice educational nature centers, and tasteful gift shops. We LOVED the north rim!
