Beautiful campground with nicely paved yet separated sites. Our particular site was a little unlevel front to back, but we made it work. Definitely worth staying at and we will try again if we get back there!

This site is a bit sloped, so a 24 ft camper will need to be parked at the end of the turnout. Also, tenters/hikers will cut through your site regularly. However, this site gets better cell coverage and is close to the transept trail sunsets. Very quiet and well maintained... one of the best campgrounds.

Nice staff, good campsite, what you'd expect from a premier nat'l park.

The North Rim Campground was Awesome. The rangers there were friendly and helpful. The general store is well stocked and not very expensive. While staying there, we went to the Cape Royal and Point Imperial view areas. Highly recommend doing that if you stay there. Also, we did the Widforss Hike, just not completely. We hiked 2.7 miles out to a great view point where we ate lunch, then hiked back. Along the way, I stopped many times to take photos, and even though I would only walk about 20 yards between photos, the views were different. It was a great weekend, and looking forward to doing it again next year!!!

Great location inside the park, trail runs along the campground and walking distance to the lodge. Spring water in the campground faucets, no need to bring water, restrooms are clean and well maintained. The store is well stocked and convenient, there is also a gas station inside the park, the campground hosts patrol are very attentive and readily available if needed. From the campground there are easily accessible hiking trails, scenic overlooks and picnic tables.

The campground was beautiful. Very large sites. The water available was wonderful. Wish the showers were open, but maybe next time. I haven't been to the north Rim since I was a kid with my parents. Just as beautiful as I remembered. I forgot about the beautiful meadows on the way in. Lots of wild flowers even in July. We were going to have dinner at the lodge, however we had to leave a day early due to charging problems on our camper. This is a must see and stay destination.

Campground was awesome!! Loved the hikes and trails nearby, the camp store was fantastic and everyone was super nice. Particularly loved the "take one leave one" table!! Since our fridge didn't work at the high altitude the Styrofoam coolers we borrowed (and returned when we left) were a life saver!!!
