Camp site was great, had deer walk right through in the morning. Other camp sites are close, but not to close. If you are doing both north and south sides, do south side first.

Stayed in T-06. Beautiful and large campground site. Easily able to set up a six person tent on the tent pad. Best fire ring I have ever worked with. Easy to keep and maintain a fire going even with the high wind conditions. Bit of a walk from the tent site to get to potable water and the nearest bathroom to this site is currently just a pit toilet. If you stay in the main campground ring you will be nearer to a bathroom with running water and a flush toilet

Oh my gosh. So beautiful, and our tent site was the best one there, right on the rim with a gorgeous sunset view. The store was well stocked, the bathrooms and showers were clean. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The showers were cold. Ice ice (baby) cold. It was very disappointing to pay for a hot shower and it be very cold. Other than that nice campground

Site was excellent - just steps to amazing views of the canyon. The tent pad area had a slight slope. Check-in was easy and the ranger was very helpful.

The site was perfect for us. We were situated away from the RVs in our tent with easy access to the trail leading to the lodge. The North Tim is a wonderful place to unwind. We hope to return in the future

Beautiful and quiet. Bathroom with running water a bit of a hike for tent only sites.

Our family stayed at tent only site #6 May 2022. Tent sites 1-6 face west towards the canyon. 7-12 face towards a green grass area that separates them from people who have rv/trailers. The tent sites 1-12 only had an outhouse as the main bathrooms were not open. However, a short walk to the RV/tent mixed campsites had flushable toilets and was very clean. My kids 7 & 9 had no problems walking multiple times over to the bathrooms. The evening was quiet and landscape was beautiful. Tent number 6 didnt have anyone directly next to use on the west facing the canyon. Backpackers/cyclist had tent sites farther down. This really was a perfect spot. The general store had huge bundles of wood as we got two thinking it was the same size of bundle from south rim but it was a lot larger.

We just camped there for a few hours before we did rim to rim. Wish there was a backpackers camp close to Kaibab trail.

Spacious sites and nature loving campers lend a quiet peaceful ambience to this campground. With the rim only 100 yards from our tent, we took in sunsets and moon rises. Clean bathrooms, water spigots, and an outdoor sink for washing dishes add convenience. And volunteer ranger Bill makes you feel right at home. It was all just perfect!

We stayed in a non-electric tent site. It had a nice large area and we had our own parking spot right at the site. Campground was quiet and everyone was super.

We really enjoyed our stay at the campground... everything is available here- running, hot water for showers, water for toilets, sinks and washing dishes along with a full service store. It's well worth it!

Awesome camp site, quite. Be prepared for rain in August, we missed the rain but we watched the lightening show when the rain hit the south rim. Store is close and the lodge is a great place to eat when you do not feel like cooking and cleaning.
