Amazing! I was surprised how quiet and private the sites are, and really like how they are all drive thru and not back in!

Very large campground with good size campsites. Location is excellent for access to National Park.

We were already at the Mather Campground in our motorhome in 2019. This year we stayed at Site 88 again with a motorhome for 3 nights. It was beautiful again. The staff is always very friendly, the place is quiet and tidy. The best campsite at the Grand Canyon. Bus shuttle stop at the entrance to the campground.

This campground is big and beautiful! We camped here in a 24' RV with 4 and 7 year old children. It was great to be walking distance to the shuttle stop, laundry room, showers, and the tavern and restaurant just a little down the road. We didn't need to drive our RV the whole time we were there, and that helped us truly enjoy the park. There was a water spigot with potable water nearby, as well as working electric outlets in the close bathroom. We had everything we needed and more! And it was one of our favorite campsites where we have stayed on our 4 month cross country road trip.

Mather Campground is very clean and centrally located in the Grand Canyon complex. The sites are very close together and right on the roadways, which are equally as tight.

We have been going around the same time every year for about 5 years now and we will continue. We love it

We stayed at the Fir Loop. The rangers do a great job of keeping the sites and bathrooms clean. There's lots of space between sites multiple bathrooms and water available. Highly recommend to either take bikes or rent them and take a ride on the Rim Trail to Yaki Point. What an experience!

The campground is well laid out, sites are spacious.

Our only complaint was other campers running their generators during times they weren’t supposed to. We would have appreciated hosts or rangers patrolling and makinh them stop.
