Nothing to add about the campsite but they need to put a better placed stop sign once a vehicle leaves the reservation/check-in area. I had to stand in front of an RV that did not see a stop sign located way to the right of where they were exiting the check-in area. Another RV was traveling up the campground road and there may have been an accident if I had not paused the 1st RV. I've always thought the stop sign was not well placed.

Campground is good many people doing a great number of things- for the most part you have a lot of international folks that are enjoying the park, but at the same time you have to be appreciative and understanding of cultural differences; time, space, sound, etc. The facilities were mostly clean. There was some abuse to the restrooms. But overall, it was a positive experience.

Location couldnt be better. My only minor complaint is that the site we got did not have a spot without pebbles where we could pitch our tent. A fantastic campground otherwise

Best sight to get at the Aspen loop would be 54&56 as their campsites have flatter areas and have space near camp fire to set up your tent. The bathrooms are clean. You can see deer and mountain goats as well as squirrels. There's a market just outside the camping area with many necessities.

Campground is well located and maintained. The Campsite was clean and ready. Restrooms and dumpster are strategically located. Check-in was fast and easy. There are showers available for this campground. I definitely recommend it.

We were happy with our camp site and amenities. The only thing we were not happy with was the size of our area. We had a space next to us that was huge and two different sets of occupants came in with a 2 person tent. We had a 6 and had a space for a 2 person. But they said it was OK to move the tent to neutral territory.

The campsite was great, nice spacing so others conversations were muffled. Overall a great stay at the campground.
Be sure to make the drive to the Desert View Watchtower and check all of the overlooks along the way. Get up plenty early to see the sunrise. Check the local sunrise time and plan an hour early for driving parking and the walk to a nice vantage point. Remember that the sky is beautiful even before the sun comes up. Come back to the rim after dark to stargaze. It takes while for your eyes to adjust to the darkness but the longer you stay the better it gets.

Great location for hiking the south rim. There was quite a bit of rain/snow the day before/of camping and site was not muddy which was awesome! Spot 58 was very close to bathrooms and water source.

Very nice wooded campground. Good iron fire rings, comfortable concrete picnic style tables. Solid bathrooms, clean. Flat sites under trees for tent set up. Well maintained. Check in staff helpful. Recommended!

The campground itself is beautiful. The whole park, even more so. The campground is close enough to the Canyon that you can either hike or drive to it from your site. The General Store nearby was quaint and the employees were extremely nice.
