217 was a great site! Close to bathrooms/dish sink and water. Nice shade cover and a spot to use a hammock! I would call ahead and make sure the shower house and laundry is open if youre planing on using those facilities, they both cost if you are able to use them and are not available all the time.

I come every chance I can to Grand Canyon. It is always awe inspiring and if weather events going on it is even more spectacular

Nice views, shower is 2.50 for 5 minutes. Neighbors came in at 10:30pm with 10 kids all had headlamps running around and walking through our site. Screaming at each other

Loved this site and campground!! Despite the latter being relatively full, did not ever hear our neighbors. Campground rules were respected. Perfect proximity to bathrooms -- not too close as to be near foot traffic and hear the noise. Had multiple elk visitors as well!

The campground is nice and the staff are friendly but there are not enough bathroom facilities for a camp ground this size. Some of us need to get up in the night and it can be quite a haul to the bathrooms. Also I cant see any reason whatsoever why the only shower facilitys were closed. The official reaso. Is due to Covid but xome on, after hiking down to the Colorado River and back you relay need a shower before crawling in to a sleeping bag. Our overall experience was great but having the shower block closed was a massive disappointment.

Very friendly service and advice, lots of space to set up camp - didn't feel crowded even though the campgrounds are huge.

Great location. Very convenient to all you want to see on the south rim. Campsite was large and bathrooms were clean and very accessible. I’d definitely stay again in the future!

The campsite I had # 217's asphalt was nearly completely gone. Would appreciate that being addressed for future campers. Other than that, things were wonderful.

Great campsites and it was super easy to checkin! Very clean and lots of biking and walking paths. Highly recommend if you’re driving from Vegas to check into the campground in the evening and then do all your Grand Canyon hiking & exploring the following morning before the crowds arrive!
