It's the main campground so its huge but with amenities and proximity to canyon features. Many campsites just not great for views. You do experience traffic noise from nearby roads. Better campground is Desert View at East entrance.

Trs bon accueil et belles installations avec visite des animaux. Trs bon rapport qualit prix. Douches l'accueil avec laves linge (les deux en plus mais pas cher). proximit de tout.

Enjoyed the daily visit of the elks. We were spaced well from others. Weird layout of the fire pit-it was close to car park area in a very large campsite where it could have been better placed.

Great campground and nice site. The campground is accessible by the shuttle bus so you don't need a car at all while visiting, but it is a bit of a walk from the bus stop to most camp sites. There are showers by the bus stop. Really saves you a ton of time vs commuting from outside the park. I stayed in the Maple loop, which was nice and quiet (no generators allowed and not a lot of people in November) and great for stargazing. My site was closest to one of the park roads, but there was very minimal traffic/noise. Restroom was fairly clean, I guess it's the off season so less attention. Dishwashing station was locked, closed for the season? Convenient trash, not sure where the water spigot was but I got water from the bathroom ok. I hope I get to stay here again next time I visit!

Wonderful place to camp. The signs in the park and maps took just a bit to find it and figure it out, but an amazing place to camp.

I had the time of my life in mid October 2021. Light snow , cold not to many people, no camp fire ban! Best hiking temperature Already have my reservation for next October!

Really nice campground. Very clean and laid out well. Lots of space between sites and easily within walking distance of the village and the canyon Visitor Center.
