Dump station was dirty. Shower building was dirty. Only 1 sink in mens shower room. Sites were large, clean and well kept.

The campsite was excellent, the bathrooms were kind of gross.

Nice, quiet and clean campground. Large spaces. Perfect location for hiking via Bright Angel trail or other activities on the south rim. Great to have showers and laundry nearby.

Overll -- the campsite was wonderful! Beautiful space, definitely roomy enough for our 26' bus -- we never felt like we were too close to our neighbors. Just a few minor complaints: 1. in the bathrooms, there was no hot water in the sinks -- that cold water in early March was COLD!. 2. the showers closed at 6 pm -- a bit too early, when you've been out hiking all day. 3. $2.50 a shower is a fair price -- but for it to end abruptly at 5 minutes was wayyy too soon. Overall -- I'd recommend it to anyone, and hope to return someday!

Was lucky enough to reserve a spot here the day before our arrival, which turns out to be nearly impossible due to the high demand. Aspen Loop is close to the shower facilities and bus-stop. This campsite in particular is right near the toilets and water-station. Its quiet, the spots are pretty big and theres even Elks roaming around the CG occasionally. The shower facilities however are catastrophic and the worst weve seen at any Recreation.gov-park - you have to pay $2,50 in QUARTERS - why not just use shower-tokens? You can change your money into quarters by the change-machine located in the laundry room, however if you only have bigger bills youll end up with way too many quarters in your pocket. The showers were, despite several cleaning-times being listed by the showers, always dirty and smelled weird. I actually dont think the cleaners do anything. Not only that, but the shower & laundry facilities are only open til 6pm!! Gotta improve on that - this is THE Grand Canyon. Would return regardless because of Mather CGs great location and price, but wouldnt use the showers again.

The camp host was wonderful, he was very helpful. I loved that we could walk to most places, groceries, restaurants trail heads. Sad that a lot of the shuttles weren't running due to staffing issues as a result of COVID-19.

A really nice campground with easy and convenient access to the main trails of the Grand Canyon. Bathrooms were were clean and kept up hopefully next time the showers will be opened back up.

This is an extremely wonderful place to camp and we cannot wait to return. It's well maintained and easily accessible from all park locations.
The only thing missing were the showers. I hope they open them soon because doing without is a stinky pain.
