We wer staying at one of my favorite site which is at Juniper #108. Outside of the weather being tooo cold, we had a great time. It was nice since it wasnt crowded at all. My advise to everyone whose thinking of coming here, avoid going in the summer, You will have the park to yourself if you visit in Oct or even Nov.

Comments on a single overnight stay: easy and informative check-in; campground within walking distance from grocery, firewood, national park lodges and amenities, etc.; campsites themselves are private, large and feel secluded; be prepared if you're driving tent stakes -- my site had ground like granite, so took a little while to get things set up. Bathrooms are well-appointed and conveniently located -- it seems that showers are available at certain hours (I did not use). All went smoothly.

Our tent site was quite rocky so it as hard to pound tent stakes into ground.

For me, the campground provided a base that was centrally located to everything else.

It was a nice campground with nice staff. Temperatures were perfect in October. The benches and camp ring were nice.

Bathrooms are amazing and clean along with good shower space!

Beautiful campground, full of elk. The spaces are large and the cost reasonable. I had plenty of room to park, pitch my tent, and hang out. There was a bike path easily accessible from the campsite. It was too bad that the blue shuttle wasn’t running when the rest were. Bathrooms were clean.
