Nice campground in the woods. Big spaces, quite private. Toilets were OK, so was the picnic table and fireplace.

This was a wonderful space to enjoy the grand canyon from.

Great campground with beautiful shaded sites. Clean restrooms were a plus. Loved being in the National Park and close to everything. Our highlight was Elk roaming and grazing through our campsite.

I slept in my car; felt very safe. Good location. Clean bathrooms with sink and flushing toilet. The only issue is no cell service and no wifi. Not a deal breaker. I’d camp there again.

Good mobile reception with Verizon. It was very hot and the campground limited generator use to only 2 hrs in the morning and 2 hrs in the evening. Had to check out early to find a spot with electricity to cool off.

I loved Mather campground! The direct access to the Canyon Rim and the Market was fantastic. The park attendants were able to accommodate us when we couldn’t get a reservation for the one day prior to our reserved stay. I would say that Juniper loop was fantastic with the multiple bathrooms and how clean it was. When we moved to Oak loop the bathrooms were not clean and I felt the path access were right next to some campsites. Other than that, I felt safe, my neighbors were cool and I didn’t have to worry about wildlife in my camp. Thanks for the experience!!

disappointed that the showers were closed still. the gyms (and showers) in my state are all open so there seems that some sort of CV19 mitigation could have helped open showers.
