Great to be close to the rim. Hard to get level on our site. Would return there anytime.

The campsite was so great and the bathrooms were super clean!

Great campground in middle of South Rim. Only drawback is the lack of direct sun (mostly shady spots) to charge solar batteries. Nice bathrooms and large sites with fire rings and tables. So many things to do, we stayed a week and could have stayed longer

Doesn't get any better than staying inside a national park. Great campground that was clean and quiet.

a little tight for our 28’ 5th wheel. Overhead did not always work. But good overall.

I liked being this close to the canyon. I wish there were more space between camp sites, but I understand the reason.

We stayed at site 36 which was comfortably close to the restroom. We had plenty of room for our 14' × 10' tent. Hot shower was available from 6a-1p $2.50 for 5 minutes. Camp site is conveniently located near all of the attractions South Rim has to offer. The camp hosts were wonderful and gave us some great pointers on appropriate trails for our family. We are already planning to come back next year!

Aspen loop, site 36 was amazing. We had the best trip with our family of four, tent camping this spring. The nights are cool, but the days are perfect for hiking/exploring. The bathrooms were clean, and close, as was the drinking water. We also had some sweet day time visitors, a family of elk, which was the highlight of the trip according to my four year old. We’ll be back for sure!

The Grand Canyon was wonderful. This site was easy to use for booking.
