Very enjoyable experience at campground. Lots of other campers also for this early in the season. Cool weather but sunshine the following day gave us great views of the canyon.

The campsite was organized, clean, and the rangers were very helpful. We couldnt have asked for a better experience staying there.

We had a wonderful time. It was nice and quiet at night, we actually slept more than 7 hours in our tent and then hiked the Bright Angel trail part way down. One learning experience for us: we should have walked across the street kitty-corner to the bus stop to catch the bus going in the opposite direction (to the left not to the right) and then we would have arrived to the Bright Angel trail in about 5 minutes. As it was it took the bus about an hour to make it all the way around to the Bright Angel trailhead stop - including an extended stop for the driver to take a break at the visitors center where he left the bus for a while and then came back!

Sadly it was too cold for us to camp, 22 degrees, to make it comfortable. But I drove through the CG and I loved all the trees and more spacious sites than often seen in a NP. Unfortunate that there isn't a shower building in each loop, everyone has to walk or drive to get to it.

The campground was beautiful! It was quiet and not too crowded. The biking trails were awesome too. It’s really close to the south rim. We took the shuttle and rode our bikes. It was perfect. I’ve waited 50 years to see the Grand Canyon and it was spectacular

We loved this campsite and area very much. It was clean, and the site was right next to the bathrooms and spigots for water. We had a great time and the staff were super awesome and helpful. Will come again!!

Campground was excellent. Everything was clean and well kept. All the staff very polite and accommodating. Shower and laundry facility was great when we used them. Elk were always walking through the campground.

The facilities were clean. The campground was full, but other campers were reasonably quiet.

Beautiful campground within walking distance of the rim, the Marketplace and biking trails. Short generator hours.
