Clean facilities, easy to find our campsite. Campsite was clean and ground was level. We had some elk walk through the campground as well, which was cool to watch!

Quiet surroundings and well maintained camp sites far apart with clean washrooms and the sites are good size.Stayed for 2 nights over the Thanksgiving weekend. Slept in the car as the temperature in late night to early morning dropped to -9 degrees, so be prepared as there are no electric hookups in the location. We used the shower facility in the premises (opposite to the check-in counter) which was 2.5$ for 5mins and it has laundry facilities which are well maintained.

The campground area and location is nice. the bathrooms are clean and stocked with toilet paper. Only drawback is the limited timeframe for camper services showers. If you hike, expect to take a sponge bath because the open hours are 7am to 4pm which is exactly the time you are probably hiking.

We arrived late, but we could easily found our place thanks to notes at reception. Bathrooms and the area were clean. It is really close to Grand Canyon.

This campground is excellent, you won't regret your choice. The staff is very helpful, the free buses are a big plus to see all the amazing lookout. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Our site in the Aspen loop was spacious, with a picnic table for use. I also appreciated that we werent right on top of the people at sites next to us. Each location had some thoughtful separation. Bathrooms were clean and fully stocked.

This campground is great! It includes clean restrooms and is close to the general store and the Grand Canyon Visitors Center. Although the campground was fairly booked up, it was quiet well-spread out.

From the help at check in to the spacing of the campsites, General Store, and bus stops. Mather is hard to beat. Must have camped here over a dozen times over the past half dozen years. Love it.

Super clean, great shuttle service, if you forget anything the village will have it. US National Park campgrounds have been absolutely amazing and in great condition. I could not be happier!

Beautiful campground! Lots of space between sites; well marked; good access to trails; clean bathrooms with flushing toilets, running water and a mirror; rangers were very helpful & cheerful; lots of info regarding trails & services. I loved that you could walk the rim trail with dogs. I'd like to come back and stay longer.

The campsites are well kept, bathrooms are clean, and the site was easy to find. We checked in late after exploring the park to the late evening and had no issues. I would stay here again.

We liked a lot about the campground but wished the shower house and laundromat would have been open. We booked the site thinking this would be available to use, and since the campground was full each day, we’re not really sure why it was not opening until Memorial Day weekend.

Great campsite! Walking distance to the rim trail. A family of Elk walked right through our site! Seemed very packed at first, but at night was more quiet than expected!

Had some confusion at check in where person thought he gave out site to another party. This was a site near the bathroom that I chose because of a disability so I was definitely concerned if he truly had messed up. Thankfully everything worked out fine. Campsite was great, ton of people but quiet hours largely respected.
