This campground is very clean, quiet, and a great spot that you can easily get to bus stops and the market by walking.

My pitch was great, Rangers were great. A bit disappointed that there's no hot water in the campground restrooms, and very disappointed - and rather surprised - that the showers close at 4pm... That really is too early. Yes, I know that it's the 'winter hours', but people still want showers after 4pm in the wintertime you know... TOO early my friends, too early.

Beautiful campground. The campsites were well spaced and had plenty of shade. Bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. The bus stop was a short walk away. Wonderful experience.

Clean campground, clean bathrooms, level blacktopped road good for riding bikes. Campers respected quiet hour. Good Verizon data signal. Plentiful garbage cans and potable water pumps throughout.

Wonderful campground, well kept, everything works. Almost all RVs no longer run generators, I suppose because they use LED lighting and can do this for days using a batterie. Also saw RVs using solar cells, a great idea. Park personnel always friendly and helpful. On the trail, volunteers help hikers by making sure that they can actually return to the rim.Altogether a great experience

The camp rangers were all very helpful and friendly. My one complaint is that quiet hours were not enforced. There were two very loud parties lasting well past midnight at adjacent camp sites occurring on different nights during the week we were there.

The elk are always the highlight of this campground. It's so fun to see them wandering around camp.

Loved the campground and the close proximity to the south rim attractions. The only issue I had was there was no soap for the first 3 out of 4 days we were there. Bring your own soap just in case!
