Great campground, very well laid out. Very close to the grand canyon shuttle and the grocery store which was excellent! Our only issue was the shower situation. Only open from 7am-3:45pm and coin operated. Other than that great experience and would stay again!

We had a fantastic stay! They have hot 5 minute showers, but they close at 3:45 during the winter.

I love the area, I love the campsite.

Loved Mather Campground, especially where it was so empty being mid-Nov.

Actual site was a good location, but layout was horrible for pitching a tent. Then there is no campsite security when directly next site neighbors come by the following day to work on your vehicle while you visit the national park.

Great spot for combining a group and plenty of space. There are a bunch of rocks so you’ll want to be strategic where you put the tents but overall great location. Close to bathroom and main road.

I had a absolutely terrific time. The location was peaceful and beautiful (first-come first-served campsite 14). The rangers and hosts were exceptionally helpful (thanks James, Steve and Mark!). The trails were fun for me, a 63 year old who lives at sea level. Santa Fe is close by for adventures in the city. A perfect trip. Thanks!
