Bad Weather rolled in. No one was present to talk with or discuss refund. I just left.

It was nice and I appreciated that the Campers Services had charging stations for phones. It was just there was one parking spot and we had two cars. Kind of tough. Really harshed my vibe.

We liked staying at Mather Campground because it was close to the market place and fairly close to the shuttle bus. Bathrooms were well maintained but unfortunately our loop's water spigot was not working. Also had convenient showers and laundry facilities.

We loved our stay in this campground. I would definitely recommend paying close attention to warnings/postings about the wildlife since we had a small herd of elk wander through our campsite!

Big campground and pretty quiet too. Not super private but that’s okay. Very close to all the action. Plus, there’s a shuttle stop and showers. Showers cost 2.50 for 5 minutes - bring quarters!

Water spigots did not work and restrooms were too far.

There was some garbage lying about our site when we arrived. I'm not complaining. I was just worried we would get blamed for it. Everything was great other than that!

Excellent sites; protection from the elements, easy to get to, good facilities. Be cautious of ravens, and dispose of all trash and secure all food. Can get a bit cold in the night and morning, our tent had ice forming on the poles and exterior in early springtime, so be prepared.

Great campsite and awesome views all around. Very well maintained and nice restrooms available. Make sure to bring some hammocks to put up around the trees to relax if weather is permitting

Gorgeous campground, nice location near the Rim Trail and the market plaza. VERY VERY DARK at night, so bring headlamps.

Very clean campground. My only complaint is that there was a lot of road noise and what sounded like construction noise. Not very restful.

The rangers were very helpful. The camp sites were nice and clean. The Literature said no bathrooms or showers but, they will flush toilets and showers during the morning, it was fabulous.

Spacious campsite, conveniently located near food and shower facilities. Oh, and you’re only a short walk from the Grand Canyon! We got up early to watch the sunrise!

I didn't stay long in this campsite. I checked in at the campground entrance, then made a trip in to Tusayan for a shower. The showers apparently haven't been reopened at Mather Campground camper services. Upon returning to campsite #001 Aspen Loop, I park in the designated area which is why I didn't stay. There is a very big, very dead pine tree hanging over the parking spot. In addition, it is and has been very, very windy. This was too much for me and I decided to look for camping in the National Forest where at least I could find a safe campsite away from dead, falling down trees.
