This camp is amazing, comfortable, well-located, great for families, and well equipped. The price is right to immerse in Grand Canyon.

Someone tent camped in our spot. Had to park our van and camp anyway since we came in around 8:30 pm. Other campers were loud past quiet hours. Made the best of it.

Nice campground, very organized and close to main Grand Cayon Atractions. THe shower could be cleaner (I am not sure if it is due to high number of people using it or if it is needed to increase the frequency of cleanings

Love this campground.

Campsites aren't too crowded and the facilities are kept clean. The one minor issue I had was that the rumble strips on the road around the campground are quite noisy and the road is in constant use day and night.

Very clean facilities well stocked with toilet paper. Very close to Village Market and Grant Canyon Rim.

Beautiful campground. Lots of shade and spaces even though they were close to each other still had a nice feeling of being out in nature. Dish washing water wasn't on yet but the campground has a dump station so it wasnt so bad having to wash the dishes in my van. Note: The campsites are small little curves so larger rigs wouldn't be able to maneuver. My 20ft van did just fine.

The park rangers and people at the check in station were incredibly helpful with directions and advice on where to get things. The campground is about a 25 minute walk from Mather point on the rim, but there arent any sidewalks for the last 18 or so minutes which means you will need to walk on the side of the road. The campsite itself was very nice, the fire ring and table were very nice luxuries to have. Beware that the firewood sold at the general store is not the easiest to get going, the wood we brought with us was a better alternative. Great experience overall

Nice campground. Could use some tree trimming as it scratched the top of our motorhome no mater where I turned. The dump station was slow and sewage was backing up. Also the fresh water fill was on the other side of the dump station so you had to turn around and come back since water is also on the dump side of your rig. You should move the fresh water down the road so two rigs can service at the same time.

Fantastic! Check in was a breeze, and everyone on staff was super helpful. Convenient water/restroom/trash locations too. From the Aspen Loop, we could easily walk to the Market Plaza (also amazing) and then reach the Rim Trail (approx. 1 mile away via walking path). We also woke up to an Elk walking through our site! Mather is well run and beautiful. Thank you!!!

Very enjoyable stay at the Grand Canyon south rim. The only thing I couldn't understand was why the showers and laundry were open mornings only. Seems like, if anything, they should be open longer hours not shorter during Covid to spread out the load.

The campground was terrific. It is easy to check in, spaces are easily identified and like others we experienced elk and deer moving through the campgrounds. We will be back to this campground.
