Great boondocking campground. Be advised that the service road is narrow and the sites are small. We were two couples, each with a pickup truck and a 25-foot travel trailer. We got onto our sites, but not without some back-and-forth maneuvering. Water spigots were handy, and bathrooms were clean. The camp host was friendly & helpful. There is a trail to an expansive overlook of where the Little Colorado & Colorado Rivers join. We met elk on that path. There is a 24-hour self-service gas station near the entrance, and its price, while high, was much lower than down by the Grand Canyon Village area. This campground provided a good base camp for exploring the park.

Loved this site super close to water and the bathroom, but still very quiet. Camp host was very kind, other campers we're very respectful as well. The trail at the end of this campsite is amazing! Camp host suggested watching the sunrise there, it was spectacular!

It was very hot and I wasnt allowed to run my generator during the day in order to run my air conditioner. I have a pet and could not leave her in the hot van. I left after one night. I had booked 3 nights.

We were lucky to get a reservation with such a short notice, I will definitely recommend staying here.

What a great campground !The camground hosts were lovely and very helpful, the store is a quick walking distance to get supplies and firewood, and the trail to the rim provides some amazing views, and zero people ! ;)Can't recommend enough ! :)

The campground was clean and otherwise well maintained. The host was friendly and helpful. Short walks took us to the Watchtower (a great place to watch sunsets), the market, and to vantage points along the rim. We had intermittent cell service.

Lovely place with the right mix of sun and shade. The sites are well maintained, with a variety of pull through and back ins to accommodate many sizes of small to midsize RV and delightfully none for the giant bus sized ones that run their generators all the time, destroying the sound of nature. The camp was full but didnt feel crowded. The site manager was friendly and available, bathrooms clean. And best of all it is located at the prime spot on the whole canyon to watch the sunset.

Great campground close to all of the amenities at the Grand Canyon. Clean bathrooms and awesome running water for drinking.
