We had a site that overlapped with another site. Meaning my daughters tent was right outside the door of our neighbors camper. Not all sites were like this, but several were. And we were in a very exposed field with no trees between sites. Also, there is a bar in the town of St Mary (very close by) that does Kareoke until 2am on Sunday and Wednesday nights. I recommend ear plugs. Warm showers were the one plus!Overall, our experience wasn't great and we cancelled that rest of our nights and moved to first come first serve at sunrise campground.

Comfortable camping sites. Not too crowded. Easiest access to Going to Sun road. Reasonably close to Many Glaciers area.

We were in loop C site 145. The views of the mountains were awesome but hazy due to the Canadian wildfires. All sites are pull-through and adjacent to the road with many providing limited space for campers. Our site was tight and did not allow us to put out the awning on our camper. There is a nice shower building with four (4) gender neutral showers with easy access from all sites. There is potable water throughout the loop and at the dump station across from the campground entrance. A camp host was in the loop, frequently making rounds to welcome new guests. The staff were friendly and informative. The ranger at the campground entrance provided a good overview of what to expect and what to avoid. You cannot forage for wood but can purchase dry firewood from the General Store at the Rising Sun campground a short drive up Going to the Sun road.Generators are allowed in loop C from 8-10am, noon-2pm, and 5-7pm daily. We had 4-bars of 5G Verizon service throughout the campground.

It was a good campsite not too crowded, enough space between campsites. The only thing I don't understand is why the ground is not soil but pavement. It is almost impossible to secure the tent to the ground. It was a little nerve wrecking but I've got creative. There were some cell service at the spot which was nice.

Very good overall, and I appreciated the evening program with the ranger, however the shower was luke warm at best. I would have loved a hot shower and appreciate this is minor in the scheme of things, but the other campgrounds across Grand Tetons, Yellowstone and others at Glacier all had hot water.

Had someone else in our campsite that was nowhere to be found. The campground host and ranger were very helpful. They gave us an admin site Turned an annoyance into a great couple days. Thanks

Bear Patrol did a great job moving the bear out of the campground.
