Not for tents- not even not great for them but not for tents. My son had a smaller one and barely found a very rocky spot to put it for a night. Then we abandoned it and found another spot (which was great. 108 as I recall).

The idea of free shuttles is great, but execution was very bad. Standing in line for 2 hours a day to catch a shuttle was not a memorable experience.

I loved this little campground. The sites are very close to each other and some of them are really on uneven ground, but my site was great. The bugs weren't a problem (in August) and the location is fantastic. Glacier National Park is fantastic.

The ground is very rocky and hard to stake into for tents. It seems more suited for trailers. Theres also just enough space for one 3-4 person tent at some sites unless part of the driveway is used for the tent. Overall it was still a nice and shaded campground if a little tight in space.

I loved fish creek! The site was small and secluded and in dense trees :)

The camping spots are ridiculously tiny. We saw plenty of small campers jammed into little spots that are far from level. We uses a RoofTop Tent and has to turn the vehicle around in our spot (facing the wrong way) just to open the iKamper RTT. one small misstep by the picnic table would result in a slide down a gravel hill into the trees. We were approached by two rangers who asked us to turn our vehicle around so we could quickly escape in case of a fire emergency. Once we pointed out that we could not fit into the tiny spot (rated for a 30-foot camper) with our roof top tent they begrudgingly agreed and left us alone. Glacier is absolutely beautiful but we found Fish Creek to be very cramped and crowded. We've been to many campgrounds and never had people so close to us. Even at a whisper, we could hear everyone around us talking. The crying baby three camps over sounded like it was in our tent. We will not be returning to this site and I recommend searching for an alternate campground. They also have community bear boxes so if another camper puts stuff in in (like a grill) there's no room left for others. It was just ridiculous. I asked the ranger how many sites shared a lockbox and he said at least 4 or 5 because they didn't have budget to add more.
