The two employees (rangers?) that would check on us were super friendly and made us feel welcome. We did not understand the scheduling of events for the amphitheater and misread that a speaker whom we wanted to hear was actually speaking elsewhere. There several other people who made the same mistake. There was no grate on out fire ring.

Crazy campsites ! The sites are not level . If your lucky you might find one. Even with trailer chucks it was hard to get the trailer level. Bathrooms dirty

Beautiful area among the trees. Checkin was easy as well. The campground was quite after hours. This was our 3rd campground in bear country and at each site we had our own bear box which was great except for here we had to share with 3-4 other sites. Not a deal breaker but I guess we came in a little spoiled from the other sites located in near by parks. What was a deal breaker was the grade of the drive way. This is a pull through site with a steep grade. We parked our truck and used the off road feature to tell us the grade and it was 10%! We had a hard time leveling out our pop up camper which was pulled up as far as we could get it and had a slightly less grade then the truck. As we drove through many of the sites had large grades and some seemed relatively level. The site information did not indicate this so just a heads up. Unfortunately we didnt have enough leveling gear to get completely level so we were a little slanted in our camper for the 2 nights but we made it work and Glacier was amazing and did. It disappoint.

My husband and I had a great time at Fish Creek Campground. The sites are not on top of each other and the bathrooms were clean. The rangers answered any of the questions we had regarding the animals in the park and information on the park. We had easy access to Apgar Village and Going to the Sun Road.
