We love this campground! Its quiet, heavily forested, and provides access to the lake.

Not enough TP in the bathroom. Lots of mule deer pretending to be bears. Limited bugs.

My husband and I stayed at Fish Creek for our honeymoon and we had a great time! We chose the C loop because it did not allow generators but all of the loops seemed very quiet. They had ranger led programs at the amphitheatre which were really great for all ages. We did have a mix up with someone staying in our site the first night, they were supposed to move sites but did not realize that. It was late and the camp host was super helpful. We didn't want to make someone uproot their whole campsite late at night and Terry the camp host was able to find us a site for the night and the next day it was resolved and we stayed in our booked site. I'm happy we booked Fish Creek because it's off the main road so you don't get any traffic for the going to the sun road.

This was a big and relatively busy campground. Bathrooms were a little bit of a walk from our site, but they were clean and not too crowded. Most sites were in the woods, so not a lot of views, but still a nice campground with easy access to the park. We also enjoyed the evening ranger program at the amphitheater.

Loved the location next to the lake. Many of the sites are very uneven and difficult to get into and out of with a tow along camper. Great experience though- so many beautiful hikes.

We loved our stay at Fish Creek! The sites were shady and well spaced in Loop C. The hike to the showers in Loop A was beautiful and we never had to wait for a shower. We enjoyed hiking the Rocky Point Trail and swimming in McDonald Lake.

Restrooms and park in general was nice and clean. Most of the spots in this park are not level so getting a trailer in here is hit or miss. If you are in a spot with a one way road which all loops have this your trailer must face the direction of the road so your front door may have to open to the road. Most people with trailers like privacy and you want your door facing the trees and the rest of the campsite. There are lots of rules at all of these national park campgrounds which gets sort of annoying. There are so many great RV parks and campgrounds outside of the park which I think is a better way to go.

We stayed in Loop C after we had a spot in Loop A. Loop C was definitely more crowded and had more people. The camp sites are much closer than Loop A. The crowd was louder at night and this loop is not in walking distance to the lake.
