clean campsite, convenient water, clean bathrooms. sites are small, enough room for a single vehicle, single tent, picnic table, and a few chairs around the fire ring but not much else. Fish Creek picnic site along lake shore is beautiful and great place for picnic and a swim. Didn't see or catch a single fish or see anybody else who did either. Crowds everywhere along pavement and frenzy to find a parking spot everywhere you go is a major drawback of visiting Glacier.

Great campground! Some sites are very close together, but I expect that at a national park. Walking to Lake McDonald was perfect and we opted to hit the Going to the Sun Road before 6am which worked out great coming from Fish Creek.

Great location. Nice that showers were available to campers. Most sites that we saw were pull-through which was also very nice. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Glacier National Park.

Highly recommend checking out the multiple things to do by visiting one of the Visitor Centers. They have great handouts and literature to help with your stay!

Great location to be away from crowds, have lake access, showers, and a little bit of cell signal. The Rangers here are very nice and helpful, too.

This location was staffed upon Checkin and able to answer questions. Lake view from picnic area is stunning.

Awesome campsite! Conveniently close to the west entrance, quiet area, and a short walk to the lake.

Excellent spot.
The site ended up being a bit tight for two families. I would recommend getting a second site (if available) if you're coming with a large group.

Thank you for the wonderful nature talks at night. I learned all about the way the trees communicate via fungi paths underground. So enchanting.

The campground was very clean and the spots were nice! Trees, picnic table, fire pit! Id stay there again!
