Great dry camping location. Sites are well-maintained with a good amount of privacy in loops A and B. Loops C and D are closer to the river access, but not great for trailers longer than 17’ in our opinion. The loop trail around the campground is fun and easy, less than 2 miles long and pretty easy going for most mobile people.

Campground is well forested with a lot of shade. Sites are well separated from each other with trees and plants in between. There's a flat, easy 1 1/2 mile trail that goes around the entire campground, and along the Cispus River. There are a few rocky and sandy outcroppings along the river where you can sit and enjoy the river. The water was moving swiftly when we were there (July).

Beautiful forested campground. Loved the trail loop around the campground that had multiple areas for river access! Also fun to explore the nearby Iron Creek and Camp Creek Falls, and Layser Cave.
