We love staying here. Water all around and a peaceful atmosphere. We love to walk and ride our bikes so lots of pavement for those activities. A lot of people go boating. Were out of state so cant enjoy that activity but we always find something to do.

We like camping here. We would love it if the bathhouses and restrooms were updated. They need gutting and new toilets that flush and arent stained, sinks, mirrors, shower heads, stall dividers. Same with restroom houses. Be nice if a shower house was on each loop.

This park has a lot of potential. However, very few of the sites are level, not level enough for motorhomes. Also, maintenance seems to be lacking. One of the two shower buildings was out of order (water supply issue?) leaving only 2 male and 2 female showers for the entire campground. At least one rest room building's facilities were very old , with partitions rusting apart. And, no one was checking and sprucing up campsites when one camper left and before the next unit came in. Guard house hours were very short: 1 hour in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon.

We stayed at site 114. Easy in and out with a 40 feet MH. It's directly across from the toilets. You may need an extension cord because the electric is on the opposite side of the drive. Water is correct side if you back in.

Sites 114 and 115. Difficult to get into with large rigs. Beautiful sites on water.

Very quiet and relaxing campground. The loop we stayed on had huge yards and an excellent view of the lake. We booked another trip to the campground during our stay. My only concern/issue is the site we stayed on was too narrow for the camper and the steps. Even with the camper slid all the way to the edged of the pavement on the driver's side, the steps still did not land on the pavement. We had to build a makeshift first step and landing for the camper steps.

Beautiful location. My husband fishes and I just like to be outdoors. We have kayaks and west point lake is a great place to enjoy the kayaks
