The site has exceptional views. Wish it was a full hook up site because the bathroom needs a full renovation.

Clean park. One of the few open year round. Friendly staff. The sunset view from the site was spectacular. Didn't expect the firepit to be on a lower level (downstairs from parking) but it makes sense because this site has a deck. Really enjoy West Point Lake camping overall. Already have reservations for the new year!

This isn't a campground, this is a homeground! Location-location-location, excellent... and the Staff exceptional, beyond reproach. Everything was great. Only knowing flaw if there is one, wish they had on site in camp spot sewer dump...... Our graywater tank is too small, lol..... PS our spot location was______it's a secret, oh who am I kidding # 77.....

This campground is only 15 miles from our home. We just purchased an RV, and this was our 'maiden voyage'. We loved our experience at this campground. It was so quiet. We were able to walk to the water and fish. We enjoyed our fire in the firepit. We walked around the loop and enjoyed the changing leaves and wildlife. We highly recommend this campground. The only downside was not sewer hookups.

A beautiful park that needs more love. On the surface, the park offers many amenities including beach area, boat launch, hiking trails, laundry facilities, and day use facilities. However, the age of the park brings to light many needed upgrades and improvements. Be aware that some sites are difficult to back into or pull through. During our stay we saw several campers who had extreme difficulty entering or exiting their site due to steep angles or berm interference. In addition, not all sites have the typical COE offerings such as grills. Not enough bath houses for the amount of sites and they need updating. Be aware the dump station is two-way but campers can access from the wrong direction. I may be spoiled from visiting other, better kept COE parks but this park has the potential to outshine them all.

Excellent ACOE campground. We had a great site= #77, right on the water with deck. Quiet and relaxing, It was fabulous for watching sunset. We walked thru several beautiful campsite loops and were impressed by the consistency of all the sites. Many, many sites are very close to the water. Our pull-through site was a tiny bit tight for a 31 fifth wheel, but with our trailer hitch slider it was do-able. Passing thru= we stayed just one night, my wife and I agreed, why dont we stay a few days here next time.

We stayed here only one night this time since we were traveling through. The campground is beautiful and well kept. We had a pull through on the lake that was great. Just be prepared to defend against ants. One of the slides was touching some straw and the next morning they were all over the kitchen.
