The site and amenities were better than expected. The only downside was the lake was unseasonably low. We had to walk a quarter mile to get to the waters edge and shoreside fishing wasn't feasible. Will make a return trip once the lake is back to normal.

Everything was good. Nice lot on campground. Going back in October. People were very friendly.

We stayed at site 1, but have stayed at multiple sites in the campground. It is very clean and well maintained. George, the main campground host is very helpful and knowledgeable. He works very hard to keep the campground up and running well. There is some road work being done in Loop A right now so it was a bit rough on the road. But otherwise, sites are level and we have a great time staying here.

We loved the park but it needs a gate code system. It is ridiculous that you are locked in from 10pm-7am. I understand the volunteers are supposed to help if there is an emergency but if you are dying every second counts when making it to the hospital. Plus more people would stay there if they didn’t have to worry about making it home in time or making it to work before 7am. Florida has gate codes.

Very nice campsite. Level and spacious. Many sites have access to the lake.

Site 1 is a buddy site with a view of your neighbors trailer.
Need Bath houses. 2 shower+ several bathroom only houses. None of either in the loop 1 - 20 sites.
50 amp power worked well.
All areas clean.
Verizon wifi not good in this area.
Fair over hill in sections to the south of area with site one.
Water pipes muddy till flushed on weekend with multiple campers. Mon after crowd left. To muddy to use at site. Needs flushing well / and maintenance.
Area was quite and park is nice. Just needs a little more work.to make top notch.
