Front entrance staff were super friendly and handled our arrival with a smile and willingness to answer any questions. The park is well kept and our campsite was nice and shaded, and right on the water

The site was nice and easy to back into. However, we had to leave a day early. The power was out at the campground for over 12hrs.

Loved the waterfront site. Bathrooms were a little far and left a bit to be desired. Shower was hot, pressure was good. Poor ventilation and very warm inside. Dead bugs everywhere.

Truly enjoyed our stay! We spent four days in site 005. We have a 45 foot class A and had no problems with space, tightness, etc. Loved the extra concrete side space for a toad (although we didn't bring ours). My only wish Would be to have a trash dispenser maybe in each section. We will be back!!

The sites were beautiful! Backed right up to the lake. Super long level pad big enough for all our vehicles. Plenty of space between neighbors. Would camp here again!

We have been camping at R Shaefer a few times and it is always an excellent time.The hosts that greeted us and checked us in were awesome!

We had one of the best camping experiences we have ever had. Started out with check in and George was very informative and welcoming. Weather was Awesome , facilities were clean and tidy, fishing was GOOD! and the camping experience was what you would hope for every time. We are looking forward to another trip to S Shaffer!
