The only negative I found was no garbage containers in mens restrooms, only in shower houses.

Very nice campground on West Point Lake. Very quiet and serene until 3 campers showed up on Thursday as a group. We provided the filling to their group with 2 on one side and 1 on the other. Nice people who shared their music, shouts back and forth, treks to and fro, etc. Slightly annoying but, we still enjoyed the stay. Miles of roads in the campground to walk and bike or just sit by the lake and enjoy the birds. Lagrange is about 15 minutes away if you need anything. Most sites only have 30 amps so if you need 50 amps, plan accordingly and book early. The dump site is near the entrance so its a long way to pull your tote if you are on the outer reaches of the campground. Lots of birds but did not see any other animals which is unusual. Have fun.

We stayed at site 41 at the tail end of March. The site was perfect for our family! There is a wide grassy area that was great for our 2yr old and our dogs. It was near the end of the loop so my older kids could ride the circle and the bathroom was directly across from our site. Any of the facilities we used were very clean. We also took our kayaks and it was a perfect spot that my older kids could get in and paddle around and I could still see them without them. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. We had some questions about the area and the grounds and they were very informative. The only negative remark I have is that I do try to get sites that are near the playground, and this playground is 3 crummy old chain swings. We will definitely be staying here again!! (Sites 39,40, & 41 are perfect for a group of friends. Thats what we hope to do next summer.)
